💡 SURVEYOR PRO-TIPS:

• Surveyors may not be experts in your specific role. Use their questions as a chance to explain how your work keeps clients and residents safe.
• Questions are broad and conversational, not a test of policy wording. It's fine to say where you'd find the answer.
• Share real day-to-day examples from your work.
• If you don't know an answer, it's okay to say 'I would check [policy name]' or 'I would ask my supervisor.'
• The surveyor wants to understand how you apply safety and quality principles in your actual work.
